500g chicken breast fillet
1 medium onion very finely chopped
½ cup black raisins
½ cup cashews
Juice of 2 oranges
1 orange in pieces
Salt Pepper
¼ cup cream or 2 tsp. sweet cornflower
a little butter

Implementation:
Sauté the chicken cut into bite-sized pieces and the onion in a little butter.

As soon as the chicken gets a nice color, add the cashews and raisins to saute them too.

Then pour over them with the orange juice, and the pieces of the other orange, salt and pepper, lower the heat and let it boil for about 20 minutes.

At the end, add the cream or the cornflour dissolved in 1 quart. brown cold water to bind and thicken our sauce.

Served with a fresh green salad.
