What we have:
1 cup of yogurt
1 pint. cereals
1/2 fl. raisins, blonde
1 glass of rum, black
1 spoon of honey

For the whipped cream:
1 1/2 fl. whipping cream
2 spoons of sugar, powdered

What are we doing:
In the bowl of the mixer, pour the yogurt and honey and beat them for 3-4 minutes, until they are combined.
To make the whipped cream, beat the cream and sugar in the bowl of a mixer until the mixture thickens.
Then, pour the whipped cream into the bowl with the yogurt and honey and mix with the mixer, until the mixture becomes fluffy and homogeneous.
With a spoon, divide the mixture into two bowls or glasses, making sure that it does not exceed 3/4, and then put them in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, until they cool down well.
Meanwhile, soak the raisins in the rum in a bowl. Take the bowls out of the fridge and serve them, garnished with well-drained raisins and cereals.
Advice
To make the whipped cream, instead of sugar, we can use two spoons of honey.
