Materials
For 2-4 people
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup almonds, roughly chopped or whole
1/3 cup raisins
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup honey
¼ cup butter
1 vanilla
1 cup rolled oats
1 ¼ tbsp sesame seeds
1 cup of whole grains
Implementation
Spread the oats, almonds, and sesame seeds on a large piece of parchment paper.
Add the cereal, chocolate chips, raisins, oats, whole grains and mix.
In a small saucepan, mix the butter, sugar, honey, vanilla and salt. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes.
Add the mixture immediately to the cereal and oats and with a spoon mix well so that no dry spots remain. Then bake the mixture for 25 minutes until it acquires a golden color and becomes a hard mixture. Remove from the oven and let the bars cool for 10 minutes and serve.
Accompany your breakfast with a rich banana and carrot juice.
