Execution
1. Melt the Horio organic cow’s butter and set it aside to become lukewarm to cold.
2. In a bowl, pour the sugar, raisins, walnuts, porridge, flour and baking powder, mix, and finally add the Chorio organic butter. Mix well until the ingredients are combined.
3. Form small walnut-sized balls.
4. Cover the oven tray with greaseproof paper and place them thinly because they spread during baking.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 10 minutes.
